Project Description
Perennial orange oriental poppies in the hundreds bloom in June in a small state park located in Mantua, northern Utah. The town’s name is pronounced Manoway… so figure. The original flowers were planted way back in the late 1800’s and the flowers have flourished spreading their seeds. This is a 12″ x 12″ oil painting. The almost fluorescent brilliance of the orange petals with the dark blue black or brown black center make a striking appearance.
