Project Description
In the spring of 2015 ,some of the best poppy fields in 2015 were located westward on Ave L. The fields were lush, with large glossy poppy flowers as the dominate flower. Other flowers also were blooming which were overshadowed by the poppies. Small high desert lupine, field of gold flowers, Indian Paint Brush. There were lots of artists painting plein aire or taking photos. The only concern was to ensure we stayed on the dirt roads as the rattle snakes were also out and about.
